Hi, John! Actually, you'll see that Jobs button on several Scripps sites. As has been publicized, Scripps is a member of the Yahoo/Newspaper Consortium, and has converted its employment vertical sites to partnerships with HotJobs. So the big red button is part of a sustained marketing campaign for that switch.
