Small Initiatives

I am using java script window.opeen in side the query.
and i am taking two runtime parameters in that window.open script. i have seperated two parameters by using & it works well while runing the page. but while instaling this query on database it ask the value for amp which is not required. so what shall I do to seperate these parameters.
